A calmer site with one clear next step.

Every page now leads to the same place: book your free first visit. Click through it like a new patient would, on your computer and on your phone.

Open the new homepage → Compare with the current site

How to review the flow

  1. Open the homepage and read it top to bottom. Is it clear within 5 seconds what to do?
  2. Click any Book my free first visit button. You'll land on the request form. Please don't submit it: it's connected to the clinic's real inbox.
  3. Try it on your phone: the bar at the bottom of the screen keeps Book and Call within reach.
  4. Skim Practitioners, What we treat and First visit & FAQ, then answer the questions below.

What changed from V1

No free offer

Removed the free exam everywhere. The one action is now “Book your first appointment”, with the front desk explaining cost and insurance.

A story, not a list

The home page now runs like the FTR page: the problem you're living with → who solves it (Scott) → proof → how we treat → herbs → your plan → book.

2-question guide

“What's bothering you most?” + “How do you feel about needles?” shows matching conditions, a likely starting plan and a patient quote. It's on Home and Conditions.

Chinese herbal medicine

A big herbal section on Home and a full page covering formulas, forms, U.S. lab testing, organic sourcing and Scott's teaching.

Everything the old site had

17 detailed condition pages, all treatments and plans, insurance with its form, intake forms, a full FAQ, all 6 testimonials and a migrated blog. Old URLs are kept.

Healing imagery

9 new images of the treatment room, herb pharmacy, cupping, needles, tea and a forest path, in the same Pacific Northwest palette.

Please confirm before launch

  • Offer. Per Cody: no free visit. The CTA is “Book your first appointment” with no price. The old site still advertises a free $100 exam and hidden $47/$49/$57 new-patient specials. Should any of those continue?
  • “Second-largest Chinese herbalist in the nation.” We couldn't find a public source. The site uses verified facts instead: a dedicated herbal clinic, 26 years prescribing, and teaching herbal CE courses (eLotus). Send a source and we'll add the ranking.
  • Hours. The site says Mon–Wed 9–5, Thu 9–3; Google and directories disagree. Which is right?
  • Insurance list. Premera, Regence, LifeWise, Uniform Medical Plan, First Choice Health and HMA come from the logo image on the old site. Still current?
  • Testimonials. All 6 are used. Dale (asthma meds), Roni (lungs) and Roger (80%) describe medical outcomes. Keep them, or shorten them to the experience parts?
  • Treatments. Does Ryan also prescribe herbs? Do both practitioners offer cupping, electroacupuncture, moxibustion and ear seeds? Is Marie still with the clinic, and in what role?
  • Blog. One 2009 post says the clinic “dropped the meridian system”, which contradicts the service pages. Keep it, edit it or retire it? The anemia post was retired (redirects to /blog/).
  • Safety lines added. A 988 crisis line on the depression page, and red-flag “see a doctor” notes on the headache and sciatica pages. OK?
  • Cancellation policy. None is published. Send it and we'll add it to the FAQ.

Launch to-do

  • Shorten the booking form in GoHighLevel (“Schedule Appointment”). It has 10 fields, including a required street address, and the phone field defaults to Canada. Suggested: name, phone, email, “What brings you in?”, morning/afternoon, with the phone default set to US.
  • Insurance form (GHL jtp1txCHfEnOCK9aSRJO) is embedded on /acupuncture-insurance/. Check its fields too.
  • Real photos: the treatment-room, herbal-pharmacy, cupping, needle and tea images are AI illustrations. Swap in photos of the real clinic and herb pharmacy when available.
  • Thank-you step + conversion tracking on both GHL forms (Google Ads / Meta / GA4).
  • Legal pages: move the current Privacy, Terms and Accessibility text into place (same URLs).
  • Redirects: 76 old URLs checked. 37 keep the exact same address; the rest are 301-redirected (research/url-map.csv).
  • Hosting / DNS: keep WordPress (rebuild in Elementor) or host this static build, then point the domain.
  • Content rights: the old footer credits Frank Prieto Strategic Marketing. Confirm the clinic owns its text, photos and testimonials.
  • Google Business Profile: fix the hours and the old acupuncturehealthcenter.net links.
